Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made in the CNA Cricket Academy mobile application.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of payment.
• The purchased premium course, module, or subscription has not been accessed or consumed.
• Duplicate payment or technical payment failure occurred.
• Unauthorized transaction is reported with valid proof.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• If the course or premium module has already been accessed.
• If training content has been downloaded or used.
• Change of mind after purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not guarantee refund for the current billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to the support address with the following details:

• Order/Transaction ID
• Registered mobile number
• Date of payment
• Reason for refund request

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Bank timelines may vary.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

In certain cases, payment gateway or processing charges may be deducted as per banking norms.
